By default, every client can open up to 5 trading accounts across any of our available platforms, including MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, or the LBX trading app. You can freely choose and combine these accounts to suit your trading needs.
If you require a 6th account or more, you can submit a request through a standard approval procedure designed to maintain system security and optimal performance.
How it works
1. Submitting the request: When you attempt to open a 6th account, the system will automatically accept your request for processing.
2. Tracking: You will see your request in your client portal under the “Accounts overview” section with a “PENDING” status.
3. Review: Our team reviews and processes these requests within 1 to 3 business days.
4. Confirmation: As soon as your new account is successfully opened, you will receive a notification via email.
How to speed up the process
When reviewing requests above the standard limit, our support team may contact you to ask about the purpose of creating the additional account. This is a routine procedure that helps us ensure system security and verify your trading requirements.
You can speed up this process by proactively contacting our support team via live chat or email right after submitting your request. Simply let us know that you have applied for an additional account and briefly state the reason, such as testing a new automated expert advisor, implementing a new trading strategy, or trading a different asset class.
Our support team will then prioritize your request to get your new account ready as quickly as possible.
