I forgot my account password or login. How can I restore access to my account?

To log into your account, you'll need to use the e-mail address you used when signing up and the password you created.

If you forgot your password, please 

1. use the 'https://my.lbx.com/forgot-password' link.

2. After entering your email address, you will receive an email in your inbox with a PIN code.

3. Return to the website, enter the following PIN, and click "Continue."

4. Once you’ve entered the PIN, you will be directed to a page where you can set your new password.

5. Enter your new password, then click "Continue."

Finished! You can now log in using your email and new password.
