How to withdraw?

To withdraw funds from an account, it is necessary to transfer your funds to the Universal Wallet. For the detailed instruction on how to transfer funds between accounts please click here.

Once your funds are transferred to the Universal Wallet, you can easily create a withdrawal request:

Select the ‘Funds’ section in the Trader’s menu and click ‘Withdraw Funds’.

Choose the wallet funds to be transferred from and a suitable withdrawal method. Click ‘Continue’.

If you do not have any payment details saved, you can add necessary information

by clicking the ‘Upload Payment Details’ button.

Enter the withdrawal amount and click ‘Continue’.
Carefully check all the payment details and click ‘Continue’.
