How can I close my account?

If you wish to close your LBX account, we’ve made the process simple and secure:

1. Make sure your account is empty

Before requesting account closure, please close any open trading positions, withdraw all remaining funds, and ensure there are no pending transactions.

2. Submit your request

Please submit a support ticket on our Help Center or send an email to support@lbx.com. We will process your request within 1 to 3 business days and let you know once your account is officially closed.
