Modified on Thu, 29 Jan at 11:49 PM

The inactivity commission (also called dormant fee) is a monthly fee charged to trading accounts that have not been used for a long period of time.

A trading account is considered inactive when both of these conditions are met:

  • There are no open positions.
  • There has been no trading or non-trading activity for 90 consecutive calendar days.

Once an account becomes inactive, the inactivity commission may be applied to keep the account open.

How is the inactivity commission charged?

  • The inactivity commission is $10 per month per inactive trading account.
  • Inactive accounts are checked once a month.
  • The commission is charged directly from the balance of the inactive trading account.
  • If the account balance is less than $10, the remaining balance will be charged and reduced to $0.

⚠️ Important:

  • The inactivity commission is not deducted from the Wallet.
  • Only trading accounts are subject to this commission.

  • Keep your trading account active by making a trade or non-trade operation within 90 days.
  • Transfer all funds from your trading account(s) to your Wallet before the account becomes inactiveFunds held in the Wallet are not subject to inactivity commission!

Can the inactivity commission be refunded?

Please note that once the inactivity commission has been debited, it cannot be returned or refunded.
