Got a question, request, or issue that needs our attention? Submitting a support ticket is one of the fastest ways to get help from our team. Here's how to do it step by step using our official Help Desk:

 Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Go to the Help Desk and click ‘Submit a ticket’
      Visit https://help.lbx.com/en/support/tickets/new

  1. Select a Help Topic

Choose the topic that best fits your request — for example:

  • Deposit & Withdrawal

  • Password Recovery

  • Change of Personal Data

  • Account Verification [KYC]

  • Trading issue

  • Raw account request

  • IB Partner Support

  • Register an account

  • General question

  1. Provide Details According to the Topic You Choose

In this step, you'll be asked to describe your issue. To help us assist you faster, please:

  • Enter your registered email address

  • Provide your MT4/MT5 account number (if related)

  • Answer any specific questions shown (these vary depending on the topic you chose)

  • Describe the situation clearly — include what's wrong and what you want us to do

  • Attach any supporting documents or screenshots, if needed

  1. Submit the Ticket
Hit the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page.

 What Happens Next?

  • You'll receive a ticket number via email.

  • Our Support Team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible (usually within 1 business day, depending on the issue).

  • You’ll be notified of all updates by email.

 Prefer Chat?

You can also submit a ticket via Chat on our official website:

  • Click the chat icon (bottom right corner).

  • Select "Create Ticket" from the menu.

  • Follow the prompts to fill in your info and upload any documents.

 You're All Set!

Once you've filled in all the required details and submitted your ticket, our support team will take it from there. You’ll receive a ticket number and a confirmation email, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible—usually within 1–3 business days (up to 7 days for trading claims).
