Closing Your LBX Account

While we’re always sad to see you go, we understand that circumstances can change. If you wish to close your LBX account, we’ve made the process simple and secure.

Steps to Close Your Account

1. Make sure your account is clear
   
   

   • Close any open trading positions
     
     

   • Withdraw any remaining funds
     
     

   • Ensure there are no pending transactions
     
     

2. Submit your request
    You can choose one of the following options:
   
   

   • Email us at support@lbx.com and let us know that you wish to close your account
     
     

   • Submit a ticket through our Help Desk Portal under the topic “Account Closure.”
     
     

We will process your request within 1–3 business days and let you know once your account is officially closed.
