How do I close my account?

If you wish to close your LBX account, we’ve made the process simple and secure:

1. Make sure your account is clear

Close any open trading positions
Withdraw any remaining funds
Ensure there are no pending transactions

2. Submit your request

Please submit a ticket form on our Help Center or file a complaint about it by writing email at support@lbx.com. We will process your request within 1 to 3 business days and let you know once your account is officially closed.
