Can I change my personal information (Name, Date of Birth, Address)?

At LBX, we understand that your personal details may need to be updated from time to time. While you can easily change your email address and mobile number in your personal profile, updates to your name, date of birth, or residential address require a formal request for security reasons.


✉ How to request a change

If you need to update these details, you can:

  1. Email us at support@lbx.com

    • Provide the necessary details and attach a clear photo of the required supporting documents (e.g., updated ID, proof of name change, or recent proof of address)



  1. Submit a ticket via our Help Desk Portal

    • Choose the topic "Change of Personal Data"

    • Provide the necessary details and attach your documents



  • Submit the request


  1. Submit a ticket via Chat on Our Official Website


  • Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner



  • Choose “Create Ticket”



  • Follow the prompts to:

  • Enter your registered email address

  • Select the topic “Change Personal Data”

  • Provide your MT4/MT5 account number

  • Describe your situation in detail (e.g., what information needs to be changed and why)

  • Upload your supporting documents (e.g., valid ID, proof of address)


Finished! You will receive a ticket number for your request, and our support team will follow up via email once the update has been processed.




Our team will process your request within 1–3 business days and notify you by email once the update is complete.
