Provide the necessary details and attach a clear photo of the required supporting documents (e.g., updated ID, proof of name change, or recent proof of address)
Submit a ticket via our Help Desk Portal
Choose the topic "Change of Personal Data"
Provide the necessary details and attach your documents
Submit the request
Submit a ticket via Chat on Our Official Website
Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner
Choose “Create Ticket”
Follow the prompts to:
Enter your registered email address
Select the topic “Change Personal Data”
Provide your MT4/MT5 account number
Describe your situation in detail (e.g., what information needs to be changed and why)
Upload your supporting documents (e.g., valid ID, proof of address)
Finished! You will receive a ticket number for your request, and our support team will follow up via email once the update has been processed.
Our team will process your request within 1–3 business days and notify you by email once the update is complete.
