How can I change my phone number?

To update your mobile number, simply follow these steps within your Personal Area (Trader's menu):

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Go to the "Profile" section on the left-hand side of your personal account.
On the left-hand side menu, click “Profile.”

Select “Mobile Number” and then click “Change” to update it.

A verification step will follow.
- Request a PIN code to be sent to your registered email.

After clicking “Continue,” check your email for the PIN code.
In the next window:
- Enter your new phone number in international format (starting with +)
- Provide the reason for changing your number
- Enter the PIN code received by email

Click “Continue” to submit the request.

Done! Your request will be reviewed and may take some time to process.

Please note that the service to change your telephone number in your personal profile is free of charge. However, if you change your phone number more than 3 times during the day, you will be charged extra for sending each SMS message.
