If you prefer, you can submit a detailed support ticket through our Help Desk Portal:



  • Fill in the required fields, including your registered email and account details

  • Provide a clear description of your question or problem

  • Attach any relevant files, screenshots, or documents to help us understand your issue better



  • Submit your ticket and our team will respond as soon as possible

The Help Desk Portal is also incredibly useful as a self-service hub. It features a searchable Knowledge Base, frequently asked questions, and step-by-step guides to help you quickly find answers to typical queries—no waiting required.
