What happens if the provider stops trading?

If a Provider you're following becomes inactive or stops placing trades, there’s no need to worry. Here’s how the system handles it:

No new trades will be copied

As soon as the Provider stops trading, no new positions will be copied to your account. Your subscription remains active, but your account will stay idle until the Provider resumes activity.

Existing trades stay open

Any open positions that were copied before the Provider went inactive will remain in your trading account. You can choose to keep them running or close them manually at any time—it’s entirely up to you.

No new performance fees

Since no new trades are being copied, there are no new performance fees charged during this inactive period. You only pay fees on trades that are closed by the Provider while your subscription is active.

Keep an eye on activity

If you prefer not to wait, you can always choose to suspend or unsubscribe from the Offer and explore other active strategies that suit your trading goals.
