Why was the bonus removed from my trading account?

Bonus funds can be removed from your account due to specific automated conditions. Here are the most common reasons this may happen:

1. Withdrawal of funds

Any withdrawal of funds from an Eligible Client’s real trading account with LBX will result in the proportional removal of any awarded trading bonus. The bonus deduction corresponds to the percentage of the withdrawal amount relative to the account’s balance at the time.

As shown, if a client withdraws 10% of their real funds, 10% of the trading bonus is also removed automatically. This ensures bonus allocations remain in fair proportion to actual funds held in the account.

2. Real funds dropped below 10% of the bonus amount

This is the most important and common reason for bonus removal. To ensure responsible use of bonus funds, we apply a 10% threshold rule:

If your real funds fall below 10% of your bonus amount, the bonus is automatically removed.

 Example:

Let’s say you deposited $1,000 and received a $1,000 bonus. Your total balance is $2,000.
 After a series of losing trades, your real funds decrease while your bonus amount remains the same.
 Once your real balance drops below $100 (10% of $1,000), the system removes the bonus.

Calculation:

  • Bonus: $1,000

  • 10% of bonus = $100

  • If real funds < $100 → bonus is removed

This action is handled by our system and cannot be reversed.


3. Inactivity for 30 days

If your trading account shows no trading activity or open positions for 30 consecutive days, the system may automatically remove any existing bonus funds.


4. Violation of bonus terms

In rare cases, the bonus may be revoked if there is a violation of the bonus policy (e.g., multiple accounts or abusive strategies). Always ensure you follow the bonus terms provided during each campaign.
