How to add new payment requisites?

To ensure secure and fast withdrawals, it’s important to add your preferred payment method correctly. Below is everything you need to know.


Skrill and Neteller Are Added Automatically

If you deposit using Skrill or Neteller, the same method will be automatically available for withdrawals — no extra setup is needed.

How to Add Other Payment Methods

For all other withdrawal methods (e.g., crypto or local bank), you’ll need to add a payment requisite manually and pass a short verification. Here's how:

Example: Adding Crypto Payment Details

  1. Go to your Personal Profile.

  2. Select the “Funds” section and click Withdraw Funds.”




    3. Choose the wallet to withdraw from, and select Crypto as the withdrawal method.

    4. Click “Upload Payment Details.”




    5. Select Crypto as the method you want to add. Then enter your Crypto Currency, Crypto Address, and submit.



6. Once you click Submit, the verification process will start. Click Continue to proceed




7. You will be asked to perform a liveness check for verification. Please click 'Continue on this device' or 'Continue on phone'—whichever you prefer.

9. Click 'Continue' to perform the liveness check. Please read the tips and guidelines carefully to ensure a successful verification.





10. Once completed, you will see a message confirming: 'Your profile has been verified.





? Example: Adding a Local Payment Method (e.g., Bank Transfer or QR)


1. Navigate to the “Funds” section and click Withdraw Funds.”





2.Choose the wallet to withdraw from, and select local payment option (e.g., Bank Transfer, QR Wallet) as the withdrawal method.

3.Click “Upload Payment Details.”



4. Fill in your bank or wallet details, review them for accuracy, then click “Submit.”


5. Once you click “Submit,” the status “Uploaded” will appear in the middle of the page. This means your payment details have been submitted and are now pending approval.





Approval Time

All new payment requisites are reviewed by our team and approved within 1–3 business days.


Important Note on Third-Party Payments

For security reasons, third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
All payment methods must be in the same name as your LBX account. Otherwise, your request will be rejected.
