If you believe a transaction on your live trading account was executed or processed incorrectly, you can file a trading claim for review.
How to File a Claim
To submit your claim, please visit our Help Desk Portal and follow these steps:
Click "Submit a Ticket"
Select “Trading issue” topic
Provide your account details and clearly describe the issue
When submitting your claim, please include:
Your registered email address
Your MT4/MT5 account number
A detailed description of the problem (e.g., “Trade executed at a different price than expected,” or “Incorrect commission charged”)
Attach any relevant evidence, such as screenshots or video
Submit the ticket
Alternatively, you can send an email to our support team at support@lbx.com.
Please include the following information in your email:
Transaction ID(s)
Amount of loss
Detailed issue description
Date and time of the transaction
If possible, attach a screenshot or a video confirming the issue.
Our support team will review your request and typically respond to trading claims within 1–7 business days. If additional information is required, we’ll contact you directly.
