LBX Lunar Cashback Campaign

Currently we offer a unique LBX Lunar Cashback program. This article covers everything you need to know about earning rewards, eligibility requirements, and managing your cashback wallet.

1. Campaign overview

The Lunar Cashback Campaign is a limited-time promotion that gives you the opportunity to earn cash rewards on every qualifying trade.

Campaign period: 2 February 2026 – 2 March 2026
Eligible countries: Thailand and Vietnam
Maximum reward: Up to $1,000 per client profile
Account requirements: Standard accounts on the MT4 or MT5 platforms

2. Cashback structure

Cashback is calculated per closed trade and credited to your account in near real-time. The reward amount varies depending on the instrument traded:

Hot Instruments	XAU, XAG, XTI, XBR, XNG	$5 per lot
Standard Securities	Majors, Minors, Exotics, Energies, Commodities	$1.2 per lot

*Important trading rule: To qualify for cashback, a trade must remain open for at least 3 minutes. Trades closed earlier will not be eligible for rewards.

3. Eligibility & Enrollment

To take part in the Lunar Cashback Campaign, you need to meet the following requirements:

Be a new or existing LBX client registered in Thailand or Vietnam.
Be enrolled in only one cashback campaign at a time.

How to join:

Log in to your LBX account.
If eligible, you will see a Lunar Campaign alert. Please note: if you have no deposit history, you will be prompted to deposit funds first to see the enrollment alert.
Click the notification, agree to the enrollment and Terms & Conditions, then click "Continue".

4. The Cashback Wallet

Once you enroll, a dedicated Cashback Wallet is automatically created for you.

Visibility: This wallet is separate from your main trading wallet and won’t appear in your standard wallet list.
Tracking: You can track trades that earned cashback through the Cashback Module in your Client Area.
Transfers: You can move funds from your Cashback Wallet to your main Standard Wallet.
Minimum transfer: Transfers require a minimum of $50.
Withdrawals: Cashback funds become available for withdrawal once the campaign ends.

5. Limitations & Restrictions

Cashback applies only to trades opened and closed after successful enrollment.
This promotion cannot be combined with other active offers.
If you join mid-campaign, rewards apply only for the remaining days of the campaign period.
Suspicious or manipulative trading behavior may result in immediate exclusion from the campaign.
