What should I do if the App is not working properly?

In this article, you will find simple steps you can take to restore the app's performance and get back to trading quickly. 

1. Check internet connection


Performance fluctuations or slower response times are often caused by a weak network signal. This can happen when using public Wi-Fi or when you are positioned too far from your router. To ensure a stable connection, try the following:

  • Switch between your mobile data and a private Wi-Fi network to identify which connection is more stable.
  • Avoid public Wi-Fi: public networks can often become overloaded, leading to slower response times. Switching to mobile internet usually improves app responsiveness.
  • If using Wi-Fi, ensure you are close to your router to minimize signal interference.


2. Clear system cache and manage device activity 


If your device is running multiple high-demand applications simultaneously, it can significantly impact the speed and stability of the app. To restore high performance, we recommend these steps: 

  • Clear system cache: Use your device’s built-in maintenance or "Storage" settings to clear the phone's temporary system files. 
  • Close any unused applications running in the background. 
  • Restart your phone.


3. Clear the App cache


If the application is not responding as expected, clearing the app-specific cache is a highly effective way to resolve temporary data conflicts. To perform a clean restart:

  • Navigate to your phone's system settings and locate the Apps section.
  • Find and select the LBX app from the list of installed applications.
  • Clear cache to remove temporary files.
  • Reopen the LBX app to initiate a fresh session.


4. Update or reinstall the App


Follow these steps to refresh your application:

  • Visit the official app store for your device. If a newer version of the LBX Trading App is available, select Update.
  • If no updates are pending, uninstall the app from your device.
  • Download the app again from the official store to ensure you are running a fresh, verified version of the software.
