In your message, please include:
A brief explanation of your situation.
A clear color scan or photo of the identity document (passport or ID card) you used during registration, showing your photo, signature, and residence permit (if applicable).
A selfie of you holding the same document—your face, hand, and the document details must be clearly visible in one photo.
Make sure all images are in full color, sharp, and uncropped to avoid delays.
Our support team typically processes these requests within 1–3 business days. Once your identity is verified, we’ll send a new password to your updated email so you can log back in.
You should use your previous email address as the login. However, once you log into your account, you’ll be able to change it to a new one.
