In most cases, account funding is completed without any issues. However, if your funds have not been credited to your account, please check the information below for your payment method.
1. Crypto deposits
Send cryptocurrency only to the wallet address provided in your account. Always double-check the wallet address and network (e.g., BTC, ETH).
Please note: crypto deposits can take up to 30 minutes to arrive. In some cases, it may take longer depending on the blockchain network load.

Please make sure to attach:
- transaction hash (TXID) in text format
- the date and time of payment
- the amount of payment
- a screenshot from your wallet confirming that the funds have been sent
- the sender address and the recipient address
2. Local payment methods (Bank Transfers, Local Bank Apps)
Make a transfer only using the details specified in your account (account number, reference).
Please note: deposits via local payment methods can take up to 3 business hours to arrive. Some banks may take longer to process international transfers or those made outside of business hours.

Please make sure to attach one of the next items:
- a screenshot of the payment receipt or
- a statement from your account in PDF format or
- a screenshot from online banking including the URL address bar.
3. E-Wallets (PromptPay, Momo, ZaloPay, and others)
Make a transfer only using your chosen e-wallet with the account’s payment details. Always double-check the recipient ID or QR code before confirming the operation.
Please note: E-Wallets deposits can take up to 1 hour to arrive depending on the provider. Transactions may take longer during maintenance or network issues.
