Timely information is essential for your trading activities, whether it’s a trade confirmation, password reset, or market update. If you aren't receiving our emails, the issue is often related to automated filters or local settings. Follow these steps to resolve the problem:
1. Check your spam or junk folder
Search your "Spam" or "Junk" folder for emails from our domain. If you find our email there, select it and click "Not Spam" or "Move to Inbox". This helps your provider recognize us as a safe sender.
2. Look in "Promotions" or "Other" tabs
If you use Gmail, check the Promotions or Social tabs. For Outlook or Hotmail, check the "Other" tab. You can drag our email into the "Primary" or "Focused" tab to ensure future messages appear there.
3. Add us to your safe senders list
Add our official addresses (support@lbx.com and no-reply@lbx.com) to your contacts or address book. If you use a corporate email, your company’s firewall might be blocking our domain; you may need to ask your IT department to whitelist us.
4. Search your mailbox
Use the search bar to find emails from our domain. Check for keywords like "Verification", "Trade", or "Account" to see if the message was archived by mistake.
5. Check your account settings
Log in to the platform and go to your profile settings. Ensure the registered email address is correct and does not contain any typos.
